She has been working in insurance claims since 1994 and has extensive experience in marine cargo and liability claims. Prior to joining LIU, she worked for a number of other international insurance companies and has handled a board range of
claims including marine, public liability, professional indemnity, directors and officers and bankers blanket bond.

Anna holds a degree of Master of Business Administration. She is a CIP and Fellow of ANZIIF. She can read Chinese and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
